Extra Lines: Prices include 8 lines of text; additional lines are $3.60 each.

Return Address: Envelopes can be printed with your return address, sun, cloud and house/apt. for an additional fee (see pricing table above). Printing on envelopes is done in BLACK ink on colored envelopes (and on all envelopes for black ink cards) and done in FULL COLOR on white envelopes (for full color cards).

Envelope Colors: Black Ink cards come with envelopes to match your paper color choice (white, pink, blue, hot pink or turquoise). For Full Color cards, you can have a choice of envelope color: white, pastel yellow, pastel blue, pastel orchid, pastel green, pastel pink or red.

Envelopes in Advance (Birth Announcements Pre-Orders ONLY): Envelopes may be shipped in advance for future orders. The cost to pre-ship envelopes is $8.50 which covers shipping and handling.

Pre-Ordering Birth Announcements: If you would like to pre-order birth announcements, just fill out the order form and put an "x" in the spots where information is to come (i.e., x pounds, x ounces). We will hold your paperwork until you call us with baby's information. You can even choose both boy and girl ensembles if you don't know what you are having. Just make a note in the comments section that you are pre-ordering boy and/or girl ensemble, etc. Your credit card will not be charged until after the baby is born (unless you are ordering envelopes in advance; then just that portion of your order will be charged when the order is placed).

Proofs: Proofs from Pen At Hand are available via fax or email for $2.70 each.

Shipping Charges: Shipping charges will be applied to all orders. Typically $10.00 for announcements/invitations.

Sales Tax: Orders shipped to NY addresses will have local NY sales tax applied to the total

Estimated Delivery Time: 3-5 working days for production plus shipping time from Illinois
